The Picture Before

There were high levels of conflict amongst the senior leadership team which led to inconsistency of productivity across 24/7 shifts. Poor communication between senior managers - as well as with the team leaders – resulted in low staff morale and a negative impact on outputs.

  • Agree and implement a communications strategy within the senior management team
  • Increase productivity to reduce “dropped calls” to below 2%
  • Agree and implement processes to work together to improve supply chain
  • Set up project teams to address specific issues across the business
  • Work as one team, not separate “silos”
  • Look for continuous improvement across the organisations and work together to assess, design, implement and embed new processes for the benefit of all

The Service Motiv8 Provided

  • Developed a 9 month programme covering key areas including; effective communications, personal preferences, performance mgt, team working, handling conflict, priority management, problem solving and decision making
  • Areas for improvements were agreed at the beginning of the programme and teams were set up to encourage working together, problem solving, decision making and presenting of solutions to executive team
  • 360 degree assessments were completed both before and after course attendance to demonstrate positive impact on reports and colleagues .As well as ensuring development continued after the course focused on final areas for development as highlighted by peers , reports, and line managers
  • One to one coaching was made available in between the monthly sessions
  • All delegates completed actions in between sessions to demonstrate progress of their chosen continuous improvement project as well as return on investment
  • Monthly progress reports with the senior management team
  • Highly interactive sessions using variety of methods including psychometrics, one to one feedback from the trainer and each other, role plays involving actors, real case studies and situations, regular reviews and action planning
  • Final presentations to demonstrate ROI from the delegates to executive team
