Module 2 - Leading Change With No Influence (First line managers)
Leading Change With No Influence is a 14 – 16 hour course including pre and post work

Module 3 - Leading Change With Influence (Managers leading change)

Leading Change With No Influence is a 14 – 16 hour course including pre and post work

And, helps people be more aware of the drivers and impacts of change within their business and deal with change, whether they can or cannot affect the change. This course also helps businesses facilitate more effective, efficient and cohesive teams which to improve productivity.
