The key objectives of this programme are to ensure that the senior managers and directors have a wide range of tools and techniques to allow them to review their organisation, it’s vision and goals and how their employees are delivering the vision.
The senior managers and directors will be able take a step back and look at their organisation with fresh eyes and receive feedback from both the facilitator and other delegates.

Strategic Leadership Overview

This is a two day course.

Participants will learn about how to engage their management team to deliver the vision using a variety of tools and techniques including different leadership styles, Emotional Intelligence, Leading for Loyalty and Transformational Leadership.
The results will be included on their action plans to be implemented back in the workplace. The delegates will also be able to look at ways to benchmark their performance against competitors in a structured and objective way.
