  • Developed initial ½ day session covering key areas such as effective communications, personal team preferences, team working, impact of change – both work and personally.
  • All delegates participated in an initial session looking at their own experiences of change (personal and / or work) followed by open and honest discussion.
  • Highly interactive session using variety of methods including engaging in various team exercises to demonstrate strengths and weaknesses and how to harness the strengths across the team, psychometrics, feedback from trainer and each other, real situations discussed and actions agreed, action planning.


  • Programme was scoped out after meeting the senior partner to really understand the key issues.  Gained real understanding of the business and what was required to move business forward
  • Quickly built strong relationship with the delegates, increasing openness and honesty throughout the session
  • Achieved all the agreed outcomes by the end of the session
  • All attending delegates started to develop better relationships with each other
  • All delegates were more committed, involved and actively looking for ways to improve the business in a structured and objective way
  • Resulted in team wanting to do more team development / communications development which was a huge step as many were very reluctant to attend the session
